BEVERLY HILLS, January 17, (THEWILL) – Nigerian actress, Iyabo Ojo, has offered a word of advice for some married women who are scared of leaving an abusive marriage.
Ojo during an Instagram live session on Saturday said that many women have continued to suffer abuses in their marriages because they are too lazy to walk away and are undetermined to face the consequences of their actions.
She said: “Women are always afraid of walking away from bad relationships because they’re lazy. A bad marriage is a bad marriage no matter how you want to paint it.”
According to Ojo, she is overwhelmed with complaints from women in abusive marriages who are seeking her advice concerning their next line of action after they have endured abuses for a long time in their marriages.
The actress, using herself as an example, enjoined women to outline a survival plan when they sense that their marriage is about to hit the rocks.
