April 12, (THEWILL) – Troops of Operation LAKE SANITY, in the North East, have neutralised several Boko Haram/ Islamic State West Africa Province (BH/ISWAP) terrorists in the Lake Chad axis.
The Army in a statement posted on Monday on the HQ Headquarters, the Army Facebook timeline added that troops also recovered weapons and equipment from terrorists.
The statement further stated that Boko Haram/ISWAP Central Vehicle Fabrication Workshop and several bunkers, were also discovered and destroyed.
“Gallant troops of Operation LAKE SANITY today, neutralised several terrorists and recovered weapons/ equipment around the Lake Chad axis. BokoHaram/ISWAP Central Vehicle Fabrication Workshop and several bunkers were also discovered and destroyed”, the post read.
