September 27, (THEWILL) – A few hours after a video of him and the man’s spouse partying together emerged online, Prince Kpokpogri, the ex-boyfriend of Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has tendered an apology to Jane Mena’s husband.
THEWILL writes that Tonto Dikeh had earlier disclosed on her Instagram page that Kpokpogri possessed recorded sex tapes of Jane Mena and some other married celebrities in his possession.
Reacting, Kpokpogri had denied the claim, saying that he and Jane Mena had been family friends and they met only once.
However, on Sunday 26th September, a video emerged online, showing that Prince Kpokpogiri met the dancer more than once.
This development sparked internet rage as many accused him of lying.
Reacting, Kpokpogri, in a lengthy post on his Instagram page, apologised to Jane Mena’s husband for dragging him into his failed relationship on social media.
According to the activist, he and Jane Mena’s husband had been good friends for over three years and he hoped they would still be together after all the social media brouhaha.
He wrote: “A PUBLIC APOLOGY. I woke up this morning feeling very uneasy and decided to say this from the depth of my heart. To the family I respect, love and hold in high regards, I am deeply sorry.
“First and foremost, I also want to use this medium to apologise to Jane’s Husband, Mr. Andre, it’s an unfortunate incident on how your wife was dragged into this.
“You are a good man and I have always commended you for your support towards Jane and her craft multiple times. I deeply apologise over and over again, Mr. Andre. We have been family friends for over 3years+ and I hope we still remain friends even after these issues have surpassed.
“I also want to profusely apologise to Jane’s parents who are also mine, I am sorry that I brought these upon the family unknowingly, Jane has always hated social media drama and doesn’t want to involve herself which a lot of persons can testify.
“To the entire family, I am deeply sorry. Please do find a place in your hearts-of-hearts to forgive me. My relationship with your family has been nothing but Beautiful, Peaceful and I hope it remains this way with your forgiveness I truly don’t deserve.”
