BEVERLY HILLS, February 27, (THEWILL) –
Gunmen suspected to be herdsmen have invaded Gwamba community in Demsa Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
The heavily armed gunmen, in the attack, set many houses ablaze while residents fled for dear life.
According to an eyewitness, the attackers stormed the two villages on Tuesday morning and opened fire.
THEWILL gathered that security operatives have been deployed in the communities to restore peace and normalcy.
However, details of the casualties are yet to be ascertained.
