BEVERLY HILLS, February 06, (THEWILL) – Oscar winning Canadian actor, Christopher Plummer, has died at the age of 91.
He died at his home in Connecticut with his wife by his side.
His death was confirmed by his longtime manager, Lou Pitt, who described the actor as a national treasure.
His statement reads: “He was an extraordinary man who deeply loved and respected his profession with great old fashion manners, self-deprecating humor and the music of words.
“Through his art and humanity, Chris touched all of our hearts and his legendary life will endure for all generations to come.”
