Sabre Hosts American Diplomats In Lagos Facility

August 18, (THEWILL) – Leading Software and technology company, Sabre West Africa, recently welcomed Mr David Russell, Commercial Attaché for International Trade and his colleague, Banksharon, from the US Embassy, to their facilities in Lagos.

The Sabre office in Ikeja, Lagos, is the regional HQ for Sabre operations in Central & Western Africa (CWA).

During the visit, Sabre CWA Chairman, Dr Gabriel Olowo, proudly presented the customer support centre, operations control and training facility, highlighting the over 80 local staff employed by Sabre in Nigeria and across the region.

As an important player in the travel distribution industry, Sabre has trained over 5,000 Nigerian travel agents and in partnership with Babcock University, producing the next Aviation Leaders with MBA qualification in Airline Studies.

Over the years, Sabre, with a focus to continue to power the global travel industry, has put in decades of innovations in the sector.

Sabre partners with airlines, hoteliers, agencies and other travel partners to retail, distribute and fulfil travel expectations of the flying public.
