Reality TV Star, Whitemoney Conferred With Chieftaincy Title By Igbo Community In Lagos

November 03, (THEWILL) – Big Brother Naija season 6 winner, Hazel Oyeze Onu, popularly known as Whitemoney, has bagged a chieftaincy title in Lagos state.

The chieftaincy title, Ngwu Ndigbo, which means ‘pride of Igbos’ was conferred to him by the Igbo-speaking community in Lagos.

The reality star shared the great news as he took to his verified Instagram page of 1.8million followers.

Whitemoney shared a video capturing the big party thrown in the name of the chieftaincy title.

Whitemoney could be seen surrounded by some women, who were dancing happily and fans took some memorable photos with him.

Sharing the certificate of his title on his timeline, he captioned, “First of all, Our People say when a child washes his hands well, he may sit with the Elders.

“Another title added: “UGWU NDIGBO” ie “THE PRIDE OF IGBOS.

“It was another humbling moment for me last Saturday as I was conferred as “UGWU NDIGBO” by the Igbo speaking community, Lagos State.

“Special appreciation to the Chief Sir Cyril Sunday Eze (President General) and all the members of the Igbo Speaking Community, Lagos State. Unu Emela.”

Fans and followers congratulated the latest chief in town as they thronged his comment section.
