BEVERLY HILLS, May 18, (THEWILL) – Popular Comedian, Princess, has expressed confidence that her victory remained sure as the Lagos State Police Command granted bail to Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James, better known as Baba Ijesha, a colleague she accused of sexually assaulting her foster daughter.
THEWILL recalls that Baba Ijesha, who has been in detention for weeks following his arrest for allegedly sexually molesting a 14-year-old girl from age-seven, was granted bail by the police on Monday.
His Lawyer, Adesina Ogunlana, disclosed that the actor was granted bail on health grounds.
Ogunlana stated that his client was granted administrative bail by the police in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties.
”The terms of the bail include two reliable sureties –a blood relation and a Level 10 civil servant,” he said.
Reacting, Princess in a post on her Instagram page stated that she would definitely win the case.
