September 12, (THEWILL) – French footballer and Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba, joined Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, on stage shortly after featuring in Manchester United’s English Premier League (EPL) game on Saturday.
Pogba was in action as the Red Devils beat Newcastle United 4-1 with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring a brace to mark a triumphant return to Manchester.
Burna Boy, who was in Manchester to perform at Parklife, an annual music festival, had earlier visited Old Trafford to support the world cup winner during the game.
In a video he shared on his Instagram page, he can be seen celebrating with United’s supporters after they scored a goal during the game.
“Couldn’t come to Manchester without supporting my brother @paulpogba Man Utd. We focused,” he wrote in a terse post accompanying the video.
A few hours after the game, Pogba joined Burna Boy on stage during his performance.
