Number Of COVID-19 Infections In Nigeria Top 30-Thousand

BEVERLY HILLS, July 8, (THEWILL) – Nigeria reported 460 new cases of the coronavirus Wednesday as total infections nationwide climbed to 30, 249 with 12, 373 recoveries and 684 deaths (15 new).

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, said Lagos, the epicenter of the pandemic in Africa’s most populous country, reported 150 infections on Wednesday, followed by Rivers State, 49, Oyo 43 and Delta 38. See further breakdown below.

The NCDC says it has so far tested 169, 629 samples as at July 7, 2020.
