BEVERLY HILLS, April 13, (THEWILL) – Popular Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie, has placed a curse on critics who condemned her concerning her role in the plight of social media comedienne, Ada Jesus.
THEWILL had earlier reported that the actress had openly cursed the comedienne for falsely accusing her of conniving with popular Anambra-based pastor, Prophet Odumeje to perform fake miracles.
In a post shared via her Instagram page on Tuesday, the actress berated her critics.
She said: “If what/havoc Ada Jesus did to my entire family is okay/cool with you, may it happen to each and every one of you that saw the truth and decided to wang tongue on my page,” she wrote.
“If I didn’t forgive Ada, you will be talking so let it befall you and your entire generation.”
THEWILL recalls that Ada Jesus had accused Edochie and Prophet Odumeje of performing fake miracles.
She became sick months after that accusation and was diagnosed with a kidney problem that left her paralysed.
According to reports, the ailment might have been a backlash from the accusation she levelled against the prophet; and to remedy the situation, her family took her to the church to seek forgiveness; but the prophet vowed not to forgive her unless she provided evidence to back her claims.
Odumeje accused the comedian of ruining his image with false accusations on social media.
Edochie, who was present in that video, was heard vowing not to forgive the comedian.
“You will go from here. You will die from this so others can learn,” Edochie said in Igbo.
