August 27, (THEWILL) – Veteran Artiste and Chairman, Board of Trustees for the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Ifeanyi Dike, is dead.
THEWILL had earlier reported the death of veteran actor, Victor Olaitan, on Thursday, while two Nollywood personalities, including Rachel Oniga, were buried this week.
Oniga was laid to rest this Friday.
Dike’s death was confirmed by the President of the guild, Emeka Rollas.
He reportedly died at a hospital in l Gbagada, Lagos State after some weeks of an undisclosed ailment.
Rollas revealed that Dike had been living on a transplanted kidney in the past 10 years.
He said it was most likely that the actor died from kidney-related complications.
