BEVERLY HILLS, August 21, (THEWILL) – Nigeria’s confirmed coronavirus cases Friday reached 51, 304 cases after the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, reported 340 new cases across 19 states.
The country now has 37, 885 recoveries with 4 new deaths to bring that tally to 996.
Kaduna State topped Friday’s cases with 63 infections while the FCT reported 51. Plateau posted 38, Lagos 33 and Delta 25. See below for a full breakdown.
The NCDC says it has tested 369, 904 samples as at August 20, 2020.
