BEVERLY HILLS, September 28, (THEWILL) – Nigeria’s total coronavirus cases has been put at 58, 460 by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, after 136 new cases were reported across 13 States on Monday.
The Nigerian infectious disease agency also put total recoveries at 49, 895 with death toll rising by 3 to bring the total fatalities to 1, 111.
Lagos State, the epicenter of the pandemic in the country recorded 71 new cases, while Rivers State hit 23 and Plateau State posted 12. See below for a full breakdown.
The NCDC says it has tested 507, 006 samples as at September 27, 2020.
