July 13, (THEWILL) – Toluwaloju Olowofoyeku, popularly referred to as Toju Foyeh, last month, walked down the aisle with the love of her life, Wole. The Lagos-based fashion designer, who is a niece to billionaire businessman, Michael Adenuga, flew her friends and family to Monte Carlo in Monaco, France, to witness the epoch event.
Some of her friends who made it to the wedding party are Toke Makinwa, Ope Makinwa, fellow designer, Kunbi Oyelese, etc.
The couple had legalised their union at the registry in Nigeria, days before the solemnization of their holy matrimony in France over the weekend.
Toju, who has made a name for herself in the Nigerian fashion industry and has succeeded in building her Toju Foyeh brand to an international level, was inspired into the fashion world from a young age by several family members, who were involved somehow in the fashion/dressmaking industry including her parents, who started a clothing line as a young couple.
She obtained an LLB (Bachelors of Law) from the University Of Reading, in the UK (2008) and an LLM (Masters of Law) from the University of Manchester, UK (2009).
Following the discovery of her passion, she later enrolled for a fashion design program at the world-famous Istituto Marangoni, in Milan, before finally launching her clothing line after graduating in 2012.
