November 25, (THEWILL) – Liverpool kept their pristine Champions League record with a 2-0 win over FC Porto at Anfield, thanks to goals from Mo Salah and Thiago Alcantara.
It was not until the 52nd minute that Thiago broke the deadlock with a stunning first-time shot from 25 yards out. And, with 20 minutes remaining, Salah secured the points with a beautiful move and strike from the right.
Liverpool were far from their best, but they could be forgiven for needing to find another gear after securing top spot in Group B with two games to spare.

The Merseysiders will end their Group B campaign against AC Milan on December 7, while FC Porto will face Atletico Madrid at home, with all three teams still in contention for second place.
Liverpool can make it six wins in a row in Milan, but Klopp will likely make a number of changes to team composition with qualification guaranteed.
