SAN FRANCISCO, June 19, (THEWILL) – Veteran musician, Bisade Ologunde, widely known as Lagbaja, has described rape as evil, saying it is wrong and warns that anyone who engages in the dastardly act will be haunted in the future.
Lagbaja, who is now in his 60s, shared his views on social media just as the public is calling for swift and severe penalties for rapists and sexual predators in the country.
D’banj, movie director, Lancelot Imasuen, singer Peruzzi and Uti Nwachukwu are some of the persons in the entertainment industry that have been accused of alleged rape. They all deny the allegations.
Lagbaja wrote: “My SILENCE is No, My body is mine, my life is mine. I can’t believe in this 2020 people still do evil things like this. It is wrong, it is WRONG. If you did it in the past it would hunt (sic) your future, smh!
