May 09, (THEWILL) – Korra Obidi has revealed that she didn’t marry the father of her children because of green card.
The mother of two made this known while responding to fans who were criticising her for her crashed marriage.
In a video uploaded on her Instagram page, she stated that she married Justin Dean, her now estranged husband, because she fell in love with him.
Contrary to what her fans think, she didn’t marry him to obtain a green card. She added that if it was for a green card, she wouldn’t have had two children with him.
She stressed that if she didn’t marry him for love, she wouldn’t consider his request to see his children at least three times a week as the two are already in court trying to dissolve their marriage.
She also advised her critics to stop judging her as she didn’t plan to end her marriage the way it ended.
She said she would like to concentrate on her hustle, so as to make more money to take care of her children. She, however, made it known that she would not keep quiet again and watch Dean ruin her image on social media.
But she will follow due process as stated by the court as the two of them work towards their divorce proceeding.
