BEVERLY HILLS, February 23, (THEWILL) – Kobe Bryant’s widow, Vanessa Bryant, has berated rapper, Meek Mill, concerning the disrespectful lyrics he made about Kobe Bryant.
Meek Mill had used his Instagram story to release the lines of his new rap song where he said “Yeah, if I ever lack, I’m goin’ out with my chopper, it be another Kobe.”
Reacting, Vanessa took to her social media handle saying that she found the line “extremely insensitive and disrespectful.”
According to Vannessa, the rapper could do better than that, saying that his latest release “lacks respect and tact.”
She wrote: “Dear Meek Mill I find this line to be extremely insensitive and disrespectful period.
“I am not familiar with any of your music but I believe you can do better than this.
“If you are a fan, fine. There are better ways to show your admiration for my late husband. This lacks respect and tact.”
THEWILL recalls that Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and seven others died January 2020 after their helicopter crashed into a hillside in southern California.
