September 05, (THEWILL) – The Emirate Council of Kebbi has concluded arrangement to its 2021 annual event and investiture in Argungu, Saturday, September 25.
for the investiture and turbanning of the Hon Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed as ‘Kakakin of Kebbi Culture in Nigeria and beyond.
In an official statement delivered to the member of the press, Thursday, Emir of Argungu, Alhaji Mohammed Sama’ disclosed that the Council decision to honour Alhaji Lai Mohammed as Kakakin of Kebbi on was based on the Minister efforts in projecting Nigeria’s diverse cultural heritage across globe thereafter, create jobs, generate revenues and to large extent creating positive awareness for the youths through festivals, arts and cultural exhibitions.
