SAN FRANCISCO, October 21, (THEWILL) – Hours after the Lagos headquarters of the Television Continental, TVC was burnt down by irate youths, the headquarters of The Nation Newspaper, also believed to be owned by Bola Tinubu, a national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, has also been torched.
The attacks appear to specifically target the business interests of Tinubu in Lagos after protesters were shot Tuesday night at the Lekki tollgate believed to be one of his business interests.
In retaliation, the tollgate at the Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge was burnt down as well as the business office of the company managing the facility.
