May 28, (THEWILL) – Gabriel Jesus’ representative, Marcelo Pettinati, has revealed that the Manchester City attacker is weighing all of his alternatives before making a definitive decision on the Brazilian’s future.
Jesus’ contract at the Etihad expires in little over a year, and his future at the club is uncertain following the arrivals of Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez, the latter of whom is anticipated to play first-team minutes next season.
Arsenal and Tottenham have contacted Jesus’ representatives to express their interest, but City have not given up hope of keeping the 25-year-old, and boss Pep Guardiola has stated that he does not want Jesus to leave.
Jesus’ agent, Pettinati, has been working hard behind the scenes to discover the greatest alternative for his client, and he just confirmed that all options are currently open.
Pettinati remarked: “At the moment we’re understanding all of the projects [on offer], so right now isn’t the time to say anything. Things will advance after his time with the national team.”
