September 27, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo is set to mark the first anniversary of her mother, Mrs Olubunmi Victoria Fetuga’s death. The event will take place on November 21, 2021, at Monarch Event Centre, Lekki, Lagos. Ahead of the occasion, the beautiful actress, who has promised to spare no cost in celebrating the life and times of her departed mother, is making adequate preparations to ensure the event is one of the most-talked-about for a long time. The light-skinned actress has sent out guidelines on aso-ebi to her friends and fans who wish to attend the event.
The aso-ebi is in two categories, the general aso-ebi and aso-ijo. The general aso- ebi for ladies costs N65,000, while the one for men costs N60,000. The aso-ijo for women costs N120,000, while the one for men costs N100,000. It was gathered that popular Fuji musician, King Waisu Ayinde Marshal, is going to entertain the guests at the event.
Mrs Olubunmi Victoria Fetuga died in her sleep on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at the age of 67. She reportedly suffered from schizophrenia, a mental disorder that affects a person’s ability to think, feel and behave. She was buried on Friday, November 27, 2020, at Ebony Vault Cemetery, Ikoyi, Lagos.
