BEVERLY HILLS, November 20, (THEWILL) – The Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is known for his brilliance in the forward line and his antics of a larger-than-life personality in general. To add to the latter, he has taken on the persona of Santa Claus for his teammates.
The AC Milan hero has gifted the full squad the brand new PlayStation 5. Three of excited the recipients have revealed their surprise on Instagram where they expressed their delight at the surprise.
The PS5 is Sony’s first new console in seven years. The gaming station hit the shelves on Thursday and is in such huge demand that customers are still desperately trying to get hold of one. It would seem Ibrahimovic has the right connections which allowed him the latitude to get enough for his fellow Rossoneri.
On Instagram, Portuguese forward Rafael Leao posted a picture of his PS5 box. He tagged Ibrahimovic, thanking him and pronouncing him the ‘GOAT’ (that is the “Greatest Of All Time”).
In his own appreciation post, winger Samu Castillejo took a picture of the PS5 box which he placed on the spoiler of his Lamborghini. He shared the picture on Instagram with a simple “Grazie” posted across the image.
Mateo Musacchio used the same one-worded expression of gratitude but with a picture of the PS5 in his home.
The 39-year-old Ibrahimovic shows no signs of slowing down. If anything, he continues to defy the odds. He has so far scored nine goals in as many games for Milan this season.
With his contribution, the club have made a fantastic start in the Serie A, sitting top of the table with five wins in their first seven games. They next travel to third-place Napoli on Sunday in a crunch tie with just three points separating the sides.
