I Will Not Let You Down As PDP Women Leader – Prof Stella Effah-Attoe

October 19, (THEWILL) -Professor Stella Attoe, the Consensus candidate for the position of National Women Leader, says she will not let the people down.

Professor Effah-Attoe, who stated this, in a Press statement in Calabar on following her emergence as consensus candidate ahead of the PDP convention.

She said there is no winner and no vanquished following her emergence and extended her hand of fellowship to her fellow contestants.

“Let me assure you all that my appreciation will show better in my loyalty to our cause in the discharge of my duties fairly to make you justify the confidence you have reposed in me.

“I wish to let these great ladies to know that in the race for the position of the PDP National Woman Leader, there is no Victor and no Vanquished. We are all winners and striving to contribute our quotas towards the upliftment and sustenance of our great Party.”

“I call upon my two lovely sisters namely Chief Amina Divine Arong and Mrs Nella Andem Ewa (SAN) to join hands with me in working towards enhancing the role and status of PDP women in particular and Nigerian women in general”, Prof. Effah-Attoe said.

She also appreciated stakeholders of the Party for finding her worthy, saying “it is a manifestation of the formidable bond amongst us in the PDP enclave, as it exists in the State today, under the distinguished leadership of Sen Liyel Imoke, and Mr Donald Duke, all former governors of the State.”
