SAN FRANCISCO, October 04, (THEWILL) – Lanky Super Eagles striker, Paul Onuachu, has expressed happiness with his current form and says he plans to be the top scorer in Belgium this season.
The striker has so far scored seven goals in seven matches and is just three goals short of his tally last season.
The Nigerian international who plays for Koninklijk Racing Club Genk, commonly known as KRC Genk, Racing Genk or simply Genk, said he wants to continue to improve his game.
“I want to continue to improve. Becoming the top scorer in Belgium would be nice because I dream of it.
“But I do not want to impose too much pressure on myself and the season is going well though, so we’ll see where I end.”
The striker insists his new club can be champions of Belgium.
“I have already become champion in Denmark with Jess Thorup, at FC Midtjylland.
“Now we want to achieve that together with Racing Genk”, Onuachu told Het Laatste Nieuws.
