BEVERLY HILLS, February 22, (THEWILL) – Afropop singer, Simi, says having a daughter has made her so vulnerable because she now had to always worry about the child’s wellbeing.
The ‘Duduke’ crooner disclosed this in her Twitter page on Sunday saying that she craved to always protect her daughter at all costs and the realisation that she could not achieve that would always be a thing of concern for her.
“Having a daughter has made me so vulnerable. I want her to never be hurt, sad, insecure, in pain, confused or afraid. The fact I won’t always be able to control these things has made me the most vulnerable I’ve ever been in my life,” she wrote.
“I have to be the best example for her. So help me God.”
THEWILL writes that Simi got married to fellow singer Adekunle Gold in 2019 and had their baby in May 2020.
