Highlife Legend, Victor Olaiya, Is Dead

SAN FRANCISCO, February 12, (THEWILL) – Highlife legend, Sir Victor Olaiya, is dead at the age of 89 following a brief ailment.

The musician passed on at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital on Wednesday.
