BEVERLY HILLS, May 22, (THEWILL) – Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State has been elected chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, NGF.
Fayemi, who succeeds Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State, was elected Wednesday during the meeting of the state governors in Abuja after Nasiru El-rufai, the Governor of Kaduna State abandoned his bid to lead the governors.
The forum’s meeting was still ongoing as at the time of writing this report.
