Lagos and Abuja will, as from Friday, March 13 have access to major news content free of charge, as DAILY POST launches its much talked-about print version.
The print version, branded DAILY POST newspaper, according to a statement, will take off in the two major cities before spreading to other states.
DAILY POST ( www.dailypost.ng ) is a premium online newspaper that provides its readers with trending general news, politics, business, entertainment and sports. The medium is known for breaking verified news and ranked one of the best online newspapers that report news objectively.
Announcing the print version of the newspaper, the Publisher and CEO of Daily Post Media Ltd, Mr. James Bamisaye, said the aim was to further meet the demands of today’s audiences for easy access to premium content. He said the free newspaper was equally to satisfy DAILY POST ardent readers who have over the years yearned for its print version.
Stressing further on why the company resolved to hit the streets with its print version, Bamisaye said: ‘’DAILY POST print version will satisfy our customers’ demands and extend our reach, considering the need to step outside the social media circle and reach out to those who have placed premium on hard copies of newspapers. We will not be selling our papers, as we must ensure we retain wider readership.”
Speaking on the importance of the print version to DAILY POST partners and clients, the Publisher said it will create more opportunities for them to reach out to their target markets as DAILY POST visibility will continue to rise with the latest innovation.
He said: ‘’in the real sense of it, the essence is to become more visible. This is the best way we can compensate our partners who have remained with us over the years.
