BEVERLY HILLS, February 09, (THEWILL) – Veteran Nollywood Producer and Screenwriter, Chico Ejiro aka Mr. Prolific, will be laid to rest on February 20.
Zeb Ejiro, the deceased’s brother, disclosed this on Monday.
Burial arrangements, structured to suit COVID-19 protocols, will start February 16 with a service of songs that would be aired via zoom.
Zeb stated that the deceased would be buried at the Ejiro’s compound in Ozoro, Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta state.
“The obsequies, the service of songs for Chico my late brother, will be a private family event which would also be on zoom. The arrangements are basically to bring the COVID-19 protocols to bear,” he said. “We considered that throwing it open will pull a massive crowd as people will want to be physically present, so we are taking advantage of the zoom for people to key-in.”
THEWILL had reported the death of the 57-year-old filmmaker after he suffered a seizure in December last year.
