BEVERLY HILLS, July 17, (THEWILL) – Canadian rapper, Daystar Peterson, popularly called Tory Lanez, has been accused of shooting American rapper, Megan Thee Stallion in the foot after a dispute in his vehicle.
According to Page Six, Tory shot Megan after the two were engulfed in an argument in the vehicle they travelled with after they left a house party in Hollywood Hills.
“Tory fired the shots from within the vehicle while Megan was outside trying to leave,” a source told the news outlet on Thursday. “There is video and the police are investigating. This is a case of a man physically harming and abusing a woman.”
Also, a spokesperson from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) stated that any videos submitted to the police would “not be released until the case goes to court in order to protect the integrity of the case”.

“The detectives are seeking information regarding the shooting involving Daystar Peterson, and the investigation is still ongoing. I’m not privilege to what the detectives have right now,” the spokesperson added.
THEWILL reports that Tory was arrested on Sunday for concealing a weapon in his vehicle but Meghan had dispelled rumours that she was shot.
