October 29, (THEWILL) – The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has issued an Invitation To Tender (ITT) for Host Broadcast and TV Services for select tournaments in 2022 and 2023, including the TotalEnergies CAF African Cup of Nations (AFCON) Cameroon 2021, its flagship event.
The TotalEnergies CAF African Cup of Nations Cameroon 2021 is set to take place from January 9 to February 6, 2022 and it will be a much-anticipated return for African football’s most prestigious award.
The first match will take place at 17h00 (5 pm, local time) on Sunday, January 9, at the newly constructed Olembe Stadium in Yaoundé. A total of 52 matches will be contested in the five cities that will host the tournament (Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Garoua, and Limbe).
On Sunday, February 6, at 20h00 (8 pm, local time), the final will likewise be held at Olembe Stadium.
The majority of the local Host Broadcast solution is already in place thanks to a broad agreement between CAF and the Local Organising Committee, but the continental body is looking for partners to round out the services in areas like Host Broadcast Production, Satellite Distribution, Graphics, and Broadcaster Coordination.
Bids may be submitted for all of the services or simply specific service areas of competence.
CAF will use the tender process to pick the companies most suited to achieving CAF’s goals of providing world-class coverage of the tournament and providing fans in Africa and throughout the world with a high-quality viewing experience.

· TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2022
· TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2023

CAF requested media companies or organisations wishing to participate in the tender processes to request the ITT by email while insisting that submissions to the body must be received by 12h00 Egyptian Standard Time (11 am, local time) on Monday, 15 November 2021.
