SAN FRANCISCO, May 20, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the sack of five top officials of the National Examinations Council, NECO including its suspended Registrar and CEO, Professor Charles Uwakwe for various infractions linked to mishandling of funds and abuse of office.
The president’s decision was made known in a letter by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Sonny Echocho, dated May 11, 2020.
