BEVERLY HILLS, March 09, (THEWILL) – Buckingham Palace has reacted to the interview of Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had accused the royal family of racism.
Reacting, the palace issued a statement on Tuesday on behalf of the monarch, saying that Queen Elizabeth II was saddened by the challenges experienced by her grandson, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, and takes their allegations of racism in the royal family seriously.
The statement read: “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning.
“While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.
“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”
