BEVERLY HILLS, April 25, (THEWILL) – Boko Haram insurgents have launched an attack on Mainok, a town about 60 kilometres from Maiduguri along Maiduguri-Damaturu road.
Mainok is the headquarters of the Kaga Local Government Area of Borno State.
THEWILL gathered that the insurgents were setting houses ablaze and breaking shops in the town.
This is coming after a recent attack on Geidam town that left many of the insurgents dead.
