Ayade Has Laid Solid Foundation For Cross River State – Sen Bassey Otu

May 18, (THEWILL) – Consensus candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Cross River State governorship election, Senator Bassey Otu, says the state governor, Professor Ben Ayade, has laid a solid foundation for the state.

Senator Bassey Otu disclosed this at his campaign office in Calabar, during a reception organised by his supporters.

He said never has the state had these number of industries, and his dream is to build a prosperous Cross River State.

He promised to build on what Professor Ayade has done and also expand on his human capital development.

“Our governor, Professor Ayade, has laid a solid foundation for Cross River State and never have we had these numbers of industries.

“I bring you a dream of a prosperous Cross River State and I hope to build on what the governor has done, as well as expanding on his human capital development”, he said.

He promised his supporters across the state that they are going to enjoy his government and he does not want to see anyone sleep hungry in the state.

He pledged to complete all ongoing projects, build revenue streams across all local government areas and create deliberate intervention programmes to develop the state.

“I don’t want to see any one in the state sleep hungry and you are all going to enjoy my administration.

“I will build revenue streams across all local government areas, complete all uncompleted projects and also develop the value chains for our industries.

“I also pledge to project the state through deliberate intervention programmes and address the challenge of boundary skirmishes in the state”, Senator Otu said.

Earlier, Ambassador Soni Abang, the campaign manager of the Senator Bassey Otu Campaign Organisation, said Senator Otu is the best candidate for the government house.

He added that Senator Otu is a well prepared material for governor and will properly manage the state’s resources.
