BEVERLY HILLS, October 16, (THEWILL) – The eldest child of Chief Obafemi Awolowo, the deceased foremost politician and Premier of the defunct Western Region, Reverend Tola Oyediran, 79, has passed on.
Tola until her sudden death Friday, served as chairman of the board of directors of the African Newspapers of Nigeria (ANN), the publishers of Tribune newspapers, which was founded by her father.
