APC Holds South-South Zonal Rally In Calabar

November 26, (THEWILL) – The All Progressives Congress has held its South-South zonal women’s rally, in support of its Presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in Calabar.

The rally, which was held at the Main Bowl of the UJ Esuene Stadium, attracted several dignitaries.

In her speech, Beta Edu, the National Women Leader of the party, said the deal is to raise 40 million votes for Tinubu.

“The deal is 40m votes for Tinubu and we are ready.

“Tinubu has empowered his wife who is a Christian to rise to the position of Senator.

“He has supported women and we have seen it. When you return back to your states and LGAs please mobilise women so that we can cast our votes in support of Tinubu/Shetima”, she said

Also speaking, Linda Ayade, the First Lady of Cross River State, charged women to get their PVC ready and also get their voices louder through their votes and also let it reflect on the ballot.

She said the women must let the whole country know that the South-South women are ready.

In his remarks, the APC Cross River State party Chairman, Alphonsus Eba, pledged to use his office to ensure that five hundred thousand votes remain intact for Tinubu/Shetima.

He promised that Cross River State will deliver APC from the top to the bottom.
