BEVERLY HILLS, February 22, (THEWILL) – Popular Nigerian singer, Chibuzor Oji, better known as Faze, has lost his twin sister.
The singer disclosed this on Monday on his Instagram account, saying that his sister died two days before their birthday.
He however, failed to disclose the cause of death.
He wrote: “It’s a sad day. My Twin sister has left me just two days before our birthday. We the Oji family take strength in knowing that she’ll never have to deal with this world’s problems anymore. We know she’s in a better place now.”
Friends and colleagues have since taken to social media to console the singer.
Controversial singer and “Akpako” master, Terry G, expressed shock concerning her death he simply wrote, “Condolences boss, wow.”
Also, his former bandmate, Blackface consoled the singer saying, “Be strong my friend. She is in a place where she doesn’t have to worry about anything anymore. My condolences, we all grieve with the entire family.”
Veteran rap artiste, Ruggedman also consoled the singer. He wrote: “Chaibu, accept my sincerest condolences, my brother. May God give you the strength you and the rest of the family need to bear such a huge loss in Jesus name.”
Legendary comedian, Ali Baba wrote, “Oh sad… accept my sympathy.”
