April 04, (THEWILL) – Former National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, has declared his intention to run for the Edo North Senatorial seat.
Oshiomhole made the declaration during his 70th birthday party at his country home, Iyamoh, on Monday.
The former governor of Edo State, disclosed that he would be contesting for the Edo North Senatorial seat under the platform of APC in 2023.
The Edo North Senatorial zone, is currently being represented at the National Assembly by Senator Francis Alimikhena.
Alimikhena had also declared interest to go for another third term as Senator representing the zone.
