182 Test Positive For COVID-19 In Nigeria, Tally Hits 8915

BEVERLY HILLS, May 28, (THEWILL) – One hundred and eighty two (182) persons tested positive for the deadly COVID-19 in Nigeria Thursday, and five new deaths were recorded, according to the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC.

Lagos, again recorded the highest number with 111, while the FCT added 16. Akwa Ibom added 10, Oyo 8, Kaduna 6, Delta 6, Rivers 5, Ogun 4, Ebonyi 4, Kano 3, Plateau 2, Gombe 2, Kebbi 1, Kwara 2, Bauchi 1 and Borno 1.

So far, 2, 592 persons have recovered from the disease, while the total death tally stands at 259.
