BEVERLY HILLS, May 10, (THEWILL) – Popular Nollywood actress Charity Chinonso Eke, better known as Chacha Eke, has announced a change of name.
The actress, who got married to Austin Faani in 2013, disclosed that she had changed her last name, which belonged to her father and now would fully bear her husband’s name, Faani.
She disclosed this on her official Instagram page on Sunday as she posted a copy of the newspaper that had reflected the change to her name.
The statement read: “I formerly known and addressed as Charity Chimnonso Eke, now wishes to be addressed as Chacha Chimnonso Faani. All former documents remain valid. The general public and whom it may concern should take note.”
THEWILL writes that the couple recently announced the arrival of their fourth child on the 24th April 2021.
