July 23, (THEWILL) – Skit maker, Debo Adedayo, also known as Mr Macaroni, has revealed that the issue of sex for roles in the entertainment industry should be investigated.
He made this known while granting an interview with News Agency of Nigeria, NAN.
He also revealed that appropriate punishment should be meted out on culprits involved in such indecent act.
He added that it is disgusting and absolutely abominable, and should not be swept under the carpet.
“I have always spoken against it. Even before I attained this position of being a public figure.
“I have kicked against it, I have a series of tweets against it. I have a lot of contents to speak against it.
“It is highly disrespectful and highly degrading and it reeks of how much we have lost touch with humanity.
“People should get roles and jobs because of competence, based on the fact that they can deliver.
“How many people will you sleep with? There should be more consequences for reprehensive behavior to do better. If not, they are found guilty, I want to believe that there are appropriate punishment to address this”, he stated.
