September 17, (THEWILL) – Reality show star, Victoria Adeyele, aka Vee, has revealed that her mother is pressurising her to get married.
She opened up about her frustration in a Twitter post on Friday.
Vee said her mother is fond of reminding her of her age and how she was already married with a child when she was like her.
The musician also said the “pressure is getting worse.”
The reality star enjoined mothers to exercise patience with their female children with respect to marriage-related matters.
“My mum never fails to tell me that at my age, she was married with a child. Can someone tell our Nigerian mothers that nothing dey streets currently? The pressure is truly getting worse,” she wrote.
Her post comes a few weeks after she disclosed she is ready to love again following her split from Neo, her colleague on BBNaija.
