January 09, (THEWILL) – Nigerian entertainer, Chioma Omeruah, aka Chigul, has revealed how she was advised to have a child to save her marriage from collapsing.
The actress and singer got married in 2013 but the union crashed after just one year. The marriage produced no child.
Reacting to advice on marriage by Elsie Okpocha, the estranged wife of stand-up comedian, Bright Okpocha, aka Basketmouth, Chigul recalled how she was urged to have a child to save her union from crashing.
Elsie had advised women not to rush into marriage until they are ready while reiterating that marriage can be tough, especially if the spouse isn’t the right person.
46-year-old Chigul, while reacting, said she was shocked when someone asked her to give birth to a child in order to save her marriage.
