November 28, (THEWILL) – Three games that were postponed between September and October have been assigned new dates by the English Premier League.
In order to squeeze these games into the already jam-packed 2022/2023 season schedule, two additional games have also been granted new dates. On January 12, at Craven Cottage, Fulham will play Chelsea in the west London derby.
This new date has caused Chelsea’s home match against Crystal Palace to be rescheduled for Sunday, January 15. Also, Tottenham’s trip to Manchester City is not fixed for Thursday, January 19. However, if either team is required to play an FA Cup third-round replay, a new date will need to be set.
The home match between City and Wolves has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 22. Arsenal’s title-contending match against City will now take place on Wednesday, February 15.
The EPL confirmed that further details about additional rearranging will be made public as necessary.
