San Francisco Feb 08, (THEWILL) – Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jacksons personal physician has been formally charged with a single count of manslaughter, over death of the king of pop according to Los Angeles prosecutors.

A criminal complaint charge filed on Monday alleged that Dr. Murray "did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson."

Murray is expected to turn himself in at a Los Angeles Court, near the Los Angeles International Airport at about 1.30 PST (10.30 p.m. WAT).

When Jermaine Jackson was asked his reaction to the charge as he walked into the courthouse on Monday morning, he said "Not enough."

Prosecutors say Murray could face a maximum of four years in prison if convicted.
