San Francisco Feb 05, (THEWILL) - Super Eagles Coach, Amodu Shuaibu has been demoted to coach the home based Eagles.
The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) made the decision after a marathon meeting on Friday in Abuja. The NFF also shortlisted five coaches including Bruno Metsu of France, Peter Taylor of the UK, Ratomir Djugovic of Serbia, Louis Van Gaal and Guus Hiddink, for the position of technical adviser of the world cup bound eagles.
The Eagles performance at the Nations Cup cost Mr. Amodu his job. The new technical adviser will lead the Super Eagles to the World Cup in the summer.
