Abuja (THEWILL) - Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets, the FIFA U17 World Cup defending Champions moved closer to retaining the title with a 1-0 win over Honduras at the FIFA tournament in Abuja. The Eaglet's Abdul Ajagun scored the lone goal in the 53rd minute.
In the other match of the group, Argentina beat Germany by two goals to one. As it is, the Argentines have secured a place in the next round with six points from two games. The Eaglets need a draw in their next game against Argentina to advance to the knockout round.
